1. Orders & Payment
By placing an order with Signature Lengths, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Full payment is required before any order is processed or dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Product Information
Signature Lengths strives to accurately display product descriptions, colours, lengths, and specifications. Due to screen settings, lighting, and individual interpretation, slight colour variations may occur.
3. Custom Orders
Many Signature Lengths products are custom ordered or prepared specifically for each client. Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
4. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. Signature Lengths is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, public holidays, weather conditions, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, human hair extensions cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded if the security seal, packaging, ties, labels, or product integrity has been altered, opened, worn, installed, coloured, washed, brushed, cut, or otherwise tampered with.
Returns will only be considered if the product is received in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
6. Hair Care Responsibility
The longevity and performance of hair extensions depend on proper maintenance and aftercare. Signature Lengths is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, improper maintenance, chemical processing, excessive heat, unsuitable products, swimming, environmental factors, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
7. Professional Installation
For best results, Signature Lengths recommends installation by a qualified professional. Signature Lengths accepts no liability for issues resulting from incorrect installation or removal.
8. Product Lifespan
As human hair is a natural product, lifespan and performance may vary depending on individual use, maintenance routines, lifestyle, and environmental factors. No specific lifespan is guaranteed.
9. Quality Concerns & Claims
Any concerns regarding product quality must be reported in writing within 7 days of receiving the order and before the hair has been installed, coloured, cut, washed, or altered in any way.
10. Limitation of Liability
Signature Lengths shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
11. Additional Protection Clause
Important: Once hair extensions have been installed, coloured, toned, cut, washed, chemically treated, or altered in any manner, they are deemed accepted by the customer and are no longer eligible for return, exchange, refund, or quality claims.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from Signature Lengths, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
